MARCH CLASSES

Spring is almost here and we want you to make many cakes to celebrate it.
Come and learn how easy and fun cake decorating can be.

You will learn buttercream borders and ribbon roses in our first course Decorating Basic. Then move to our second course Flowers and Cake Design and learn royal icing flowers as apple blossoms, lilies, violets and our wilton rose.
Don't forget our Fondant and Gum Paste course where you learn how to cover a cake with fondant and make beuatiful flower in gum paste.

10 standard size cupcakes
1 red, pink, purple, orange, yellow, green, brown and black icing color
2 wilton decorator icing white container or 2 recipes of class buttercream medium consistency
2 oz. white fondant
1 wilton roll and cut mat
1 9-inch rolling pin
1 heart cut-out set
5 disposible piping bags
4 standard couplers
1 decorating tip # 5, 104, 352 and 1M
1 small angled spatula
5 small plastic bowls
1 4 or 6-inch wide terracotta pot
1 4 or 6-inch styrofoam ball
1 bag green paper shred or easter grass
1 box of toothpicks
1 yard of wide ribbon


CAKE POPS CLASS

Everyone is talking about Cake Pops. Cake pops are cake truffles on a stick , decorated in various ways. We will teach you how to make and decorate them that will have everyone begging for more.

  • 1 package candy eyeballs

  • 1 animal sprinkle set 3 ct.

  • 1 container wilton sprinkles (your choice)

  • 2 oz. white fondant

  • 1 wilton roll and cut mat

  • 1 9-inch rolling pin

  • 1 heart cut-out set

  • 1 star cut-out set

  • 1 flower cut-out set

  • 1 small angled spatula

  • 1 large container or mixing bowl

  • 1 box of toothpicks
