Christmas Cookie Bouquet Class

It is holiday season and Christmas is almost here, it is the perfect time to make a great center piece.

You will learn how to make cookies on-a-stick. Then decorate them using icing and fondant to create a festive cookie arrangement.


Saturday 21 (part I) 3:00 -4:00 pm
Sunday 22 (part II) 4:00-5:30 pm

You will learn how to make sugar cookies on Saturday. I will give you a recipe and instructions how to make the dough, cut the cookies and bake them.
We will decorate the cookies on Sunday.

• 9 pc. Wilton Holiday Metal Cookie Cutters Set
• 1 Can of Wilton Ready-to-Use Icing
• 1 Wilton White cookie Icing bottle
· 1 package of primary color fondant
• 1 package of White Fondant
· Icing colors (yellow, blue, brown, copper, black)
• Small Angled Spatula
• Icing Decorations or sprinkles
• Wilton 10pc. Fondant Gum Paste Tool Set
• Wilton Food Writer Primary Colors Edible Markers
• Paint Brush
• Wilton Clear Vanilla
· Powder sugar and shortening
• Roll and cut mat
• 9” rolling pin
• Wilton FoodWriter
• 6” Clay Pot or Metal Pot
• 2 Styrofoam circles
• Standard size scissors
• Small bag of beans
• Curling ribbon
• Box to carry home completed project
